New Integrated Control Center System developed by HHLA Sky

A newly developed Integrated Control Center (ICC) by drone experts HHLA Sky is now ready to facilitate challenging and complex automated drone operations at scale. The ICC makes it easier to manage more than 100 Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and safety. This ICC also enables the management of operations from a single central control center.

What are the key features of the ICC?

For safe and efficient operations, the ICC has several features. From mission planning to fleet scheduling, it can also streamline data workflow. Moreover, The ICC contains risk balanced attended automation, keeping human experts at the center of decision-making. Additionally, this new ICC system is certified with the IEC 62443 cybersecurity industry standard, along with conformity and compliance with EU legal frameworks and regulations.

What are the benefits of building the ICC into your process for managing automated drones?

The main ICC benefits can be summarized in 4 words: Safety, Efficiency, Sustainability, and Repeatability.  The ICC is built to ensure safe operations in any environment. It can also achieve cost reductions of up to 60-90% with AI-powered analysis and streamlined data workflows.  This new system helps enhance operations with data-driven automation, improving efficiency and adaptability to new technologies and regulations, while ensuring consistent and reliable performance across all automated operations with precise repeatability.

The ICC system has been tested in the critical infrastructure of HHLA Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG and the Port of Hamburg. It will support governmental bodies and growing companies in achieving efficiency and excellence.
